We are a family of 4 with two teenage sons. The location was perfect and the apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. The boys were super happy with the wifi quality. The Rep Antonio was also very helpful.

The apartment is modern and fully equipped (A/C, Wifi, etc), there was even a steamer, a blender and two restrooms! Very convenient. There was even a shopping trolley for convenient grocery shopping. Very close to the Turia Park, the shopping mall Nuevo Centro and public transport is also only a few minutes away. Two balconies (one is tiny, but still) and it is located in a regular building and area, where 'normal' locals live, so it is a very authentic experience to stay there.

Having twins, the rather small elavator was a little inconvenient because we had to take two trips to get the four of us plus the twin stroller up or downstairs. The walls in the building seemed a little thin to us at times because we heard lots of noises from the neighboring apartments, but it didn't really bother us.

The washing machine could have used directions. Did not understand how it worked since I don't speak spanish well

Location

Lights need to be replaced in kitchen and. Bedroom lamps. Would be nice to have more towels and soap in bathroom and towels in kitchen, We enjoyed our stay.

Valencia is lovely. This apartment is a disgrace to this city.

This apartment is dirty, the skirting boards piled high with dust as least a year old. One of the bathroom doors not only didn't lock, it wouldn't even close. The kitchen surfaces were full of ants. There are no wardrobes, chest of drawers or even surfaces to put suitcases or clothes in the cramped bedrooms. The only chest of drawers is broken - why leave it there? The balcony terrace was out of use during our stay because of work being done on the building above, we were not warned about this.

Well kept. Great location. Especially if your are visiting your child at FSU. Could not be closer. Never had an issue.

The elevator was small.

great location for a visit to valencia. near beach and town. plenty good cafes rstaurants and shops nearby.

Good location. Bedroom is away from the square so it's not too noisy.

Apartment is a bit rough around the edges - e.g. the bathroom tiles have grout all over them, the electrics trip if you have a few lights on and use three rings on the cooker. The beds are extremely soft. Steps up to the apartment are narrow and tricky, especially with bags or small children.
